Dr. Rachael Revell

Dr. Revell is recognized by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry as a board-certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Revell grew up in Newton, Iowa and attended Central College where she majored in Biology and Chemistry. She attended dental school at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry and graduated in 2009.
Following graduation she completed a two-year specialty training at the Texas A&M Health Sciences Center, Baylor College of Dentistry with residencies at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. After residency she worked in private pediatric dentistry in the greater Dallas area.
Dr. Revell’s professional interests include pre-natal oral health care for expectant mothers, infant oral health, and special needs dentistry.
Dr. Jack Warrington

Dr. Warrington is recognized by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry as a board-certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Warrington is an Iowa native and grew up in Cedar Rapids. He attended The University of Iowa and majored in Psychology. Following undergrad studies, Dr. Warrington attended dental school at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry, graduating in 2009.
Following dental school, Dr. Warrington worked in private pediatric dentistry practice in the Dallas area for two years. During this time, he also completed a two-year specialty training at the Texas A&M Health Sciences Center, Baylor College of Dentistry with residencies at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
Dr. Warrington’s professional interests include special health care needs dentistry and advocating for access to care. He is glad to return to Iowa and loves serving the greater Des Moines area.
Melanie - Office Manager

Melanie is our Office Manager and has been with us since we opened in 2013. She is here to ensure you and your child have an amazing experience while visiting our office. Melanie grew up in central Iowa and attended Central College in Pella, graduating with a Business Administration degree. She has always loved working with children and enjoys making sure families feel safe and comfortable with their child’s oral healthcare.
Melanie lives here in West Des Moines with her husband, Nathan, and their two dogs. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cycling, home improvement projects and spending time with her family and friends.

Cassie - Registered Dental Assistant

Cassie is a Registered and Certified Dental Assistant and has been with us since December 2015. She moved to Des Moines from Jacksonville, North Carolina where she graduated from Coastal Carolina with her RDA and CDA. Cassie grew up in Pittsburgh, where she developed her love for the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. Cassie loves working in Pediatrics because she enjoys building relationships with her patients to show them the dentist can be fun! She also loves helping kids develop confidence in themselves and their smiles.
During her free time, Cassie enjoys spending time with her husband, Asa, and her dog Archer. She enjoys trips back home to visit family, hanging out with friends, crafting and exercising. Since Cassie is a newbie to Des Moines, make sure to give her ideas of your favorite things to do in Des Moines when you are in to visit us!
Leah - Registered Dental Assistant

Leah is a Registered Dental Assistant that joined our team in 2016. Leah is originally from Ankeny and recently relocated back to the area after attending school and working in a pediatric dental office in Eastern Iowa for the last 5 years. She always knew she had a passion and talent for working with kids, having grown up surrounded by children in her mom’s in-home daycare. She loves experiencing each child’s unique personality and helping them learn that the dentist can be fun.
During Leah’s free time she enjoys working out, shopping, and hanging out with family, friends and her 3 dogs. She loves the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Sounders soccer team and has an infatuation with sloths! She hopes to one day be able to hold one in real life.
